Our Medical transcription process enables capturing a physician’s dictation using a toll free dial in number or RAMTeCH’s hand held distribution software device, TALKNSEND. Once the dictation is complete, it will be converted into a WAV file format and will be available directly on our secure FTP server.

Our Transcriptionists are well-trained, proficient and knowledgeable with American Association of Medical Transcription (AAMT) guidelines and Medical Terminology. They listen to the voice recordings of the doctors or other health care professionals and transcribe the voice files to text files in the required templates provided by the hospitals or clinics.

The completed transcripts undergo two levels of Quality Control Audits for spelling and grammatical errors, checking for context errors to ensure client specifications are met.
