The system includes data entry interfaces for efficient storage and retrieval of data and immediate display and print in attractive format. It has an activeX control embedded to view the spatial data and the corresponding non-spatial data. This application provides security by restricting the operations at user level.

# PIQA Email Survey System

Description-

PIQA system is an e-mail based system that parses the customer data in flat ASCII files provided by the clients and dumps it into the customer database. PIQA system uses this data to generate personalized survey e-mails with appropriate survey template and sends these e-mails to the customers. The system sends periodic reminders to the customers if they fail to convey the feedback within a certain period. The quality control unit collects the customer feedback and returns it to the PIQA collector process. This process acts as a listener that parses the customer feedback e-mails and dumps the feedback data in the database, which is later delivered to the client. It automatically sends the e-mails containing formatting errors back to the quality control unit for correction.

# Swadhikar and Sandeshe

Description-

This is a web based e-governance application developed for an NGO. It facilitates the communication of government policies between the rural and the urban areas of India, in Hindi. Swadhikar makes possible for the people to lodge complaints, send feedbacks, requests, and make suggestions to the government. This information is immediately made available to the government and it can take necessary action swiftly. All these functions can be handled through the administration module of the system.
