Andrew has over 20 years of experience supporting, implementing, and using Geographic Information Systems. His past utility experience includes engineering, electric distribution and working in the upstream oil and gas industry. Andrew has worked in and lead IT teams to understand and deliver the capabilities of geospatial technology to meet business needs and has a history of translating GIS technology concepts to drive business value.
