Minneapolis, MN – January 11, 2021 – RAMTeCH Software Solutions, Inc., a global leader in geospatial data management, managed services, consulting, and engineering services, is pleased to announce that Chris Mencini has joined RAMTeCH’s Spatial Enterprise Solutions team as a Project Manager.
Chris has 24 years of geospatial experience in the utility, energy, and commercial real estate industries, and is a certified GIS Professional (GISP). He holds a Master of Science degree in GIS and Geodesy from Ohio State University.
Prior to joining RAMTeCH, Chris was a Senior Geospatial Solutions Consultant at Xcel Energy, Project Manager at Schneider Electric and Director of GIS at the Greater Cincinnati Water Works, while also volunteering as Chairman of the Greater Cincinnati Technical Advisory Board.
Chris conducted seminars on Geospatial Technology over the years at various US and international conferences, penned articles in industry publications and developed GIS curricula for higher education programs. He volunteers his time as an advisor for local community planning and development boards and is an avid mountain sports enthusiast.
