Additionally, the team has a strong background in business management areas such as strategic planning, process engineering, finance, marketing and executive management of large organizations.
As the founding partner of RAMTeCH, Manish has been key in setting up the business and design of RAMTeCH’s many innovative methodologies and processes. Under his leadership, RAMTeCH has grown from small beginnings in 1992 to a leading global Geospatial and Engineering organization. His technical and analytical competence is supplemented by his ability to coordinate and manage a large and diverse workforce.
Manish is the chief visionary, innovator, and motivator for RAMTeCH. His entrepreneurial spirit, bold initiatives, and goal-oriented approach, as well as confidence in his team and his highly-innovative spirit have propelled RAMTeCH to an industry leading company. Besides work, Manish is passionate about golf and spending time with his twins.
Ashoo is a Senior Management and Business Development executive with more than two decades of extensive global experience. Since 1998, Ashoo has been spearheading the business development strategies for RAMTeCH. He has worked closely with Manish in successfully channeling the focus of the organization and their efforts have resulted in RAMTeCH being recognized as a key global Geospatial and Engineering services provider. He has helped RAMTeCH expand into new businesses and geographical areas.
Ashoo has been instrumental in the establishment and operations of RAMTeCH in North America and the Middle East. He is a thought leader and is always looking for the next game-changing idea. When not traveling, Ashoo likes to read and spend time with family. He plans to improve his golf game to take on Manish one of these days.
Don brings 40 years of experience in resolving complex business challenges in the geospatial and energy sectors. His strategic planning, process improvement and team building skills combined with his strong operational background with several market leading companies, makes him a tremendous asset and trusted advisor to our clients.
Prior to joining RAMTeCH, Don was the vice president of operations of the Geological Products & Solutions division at TGS-NOPEC. In this role, he directed and managed the creation of well data products and was responsible for streamlining processes and procedures to reduce data processing costs. He also co-founded Petroleum Research Company and owned a consulting practice that assisted energy clients with large data implementation projects. Additionally, Don has served in executive roles at multiple companies throughout the course of his career, including ASI Energy, Tadpole Technology Group, Analytical Surveys. Inc. and Cartotech, Inc.
Jeffrey has over 30 years of experience in geospatial and other related business practices with a broad range of practical knowledge and expertise. His combined experience in sales, program management, relationship management, strategic planning and consulting makes him an ideal fit to lead RAMTeCH’s Spatial Enterprise Solutions Business Unit.
He has served in executive roles throughout his career at key industry leading organizations. Prior to joining RAMTeCH, Jeffrey was the Vice President of the North America utility business at Cyient, Inc.
Shane Young is a recognized industry leader, bringing over 18 years of telecommunications engineering and leadership experience. He has an outstanding record of developing and leading inclusive and diverse teams as well as successfully delivering high-value solutions to optimize effectiveness for customers. He is a thought leader with a strong background in operational efficiencies and has a focus on providing an excellent customer experience.
Prior to joining RAMTeCH, Shane held numerous leadership roles at Comcast, most recently as the Regional Planning & Design Manager. His responsibilities included directing and managing the planning, design, engineering, and program management. Additionally, Shane serves as an ambassador for the Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers, focusing on workforce education. He volunteers his time as a coach of youth sports in his community.
