RAMTeCH has extensive experience with enterprise Esri ArcGIS Utility Network (UN) projects at leading gas and electric utilities.  Working both independently and with partners, our UN projects are initiated through our Esri award-winning Utility Network Advantage Program (UNAP) which creates a comprehensive transition strategy, roadmap, and budget that fully considers the existing data, applications, and business processes to provide a clear blueprint for the new system.  UNAP is the foundation of our UN solution framework which consists of three phases:

1. Plan and Budget – create a strong vision establishing business justifications and objective alignment as well as plan a smooth transition with a defined implementation roadmap utilizing our IP-driven solutions gReady^TM , gConflate^TM , and UN Jumpstart.
2. Build and Deploy – Esri platform and systems implementation, data remediation, and data migration leveraging RAMTeCH’s proven uNet^TM solution that incorporates practical processes and specialized tools that consider existing GIS and spatial data environments, ongoing operations, and related IT and business initiatives needed to automate the transition from the legacy GIS or Esri geometric network to the UN.
3. Operate and Maintain – to ensure effective and efficient operations, our gReady^TM for UN solution provides extended support for maintaining processes and procedures while managing change, mitigating risk, and improving costs.
