Shane Young is a recognized industry leader and brings over 18 years of broadband engineering experience to RAMTeCH. He has a proven track record of developing innovative solutions to optimize effectiveness, as well as developing and leading inclusive and diverse teams. He is a thought leader that brings a strong background in operational efficiencies and a desire to provide an excellent customer experience.
Prior to joining RAMTeCH, Shane held numerous leadership roles at Comcast, most recently as the Regional Planning & Design Manager. His responsibilities included directing and managing the planning, design, engineering, and program management. Additionally, Shane serves as an ambassador for the Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers, focusing on workforce education. He volunteers his time as a coach of youth sports in his community.
